Renewed Studs

…to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

Ephesians 4:22-24

The stark contrast of the stripes in these studs are a sweet reminder of what we are to put off and what we are to put on... Putting off our deceitful desires, falsehood, anger, gossip and allowing the Holy Spirit to fill us and renew our minds to put on the things of Christ-truth, patience, sweet words. 

I pray as we ADORN ourselves we are reminded that we are created in the likeness of Christ, to put off our old ways and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
